How I went:

I came here from Amritsar. Took a AC retiring room at Station for Rs 400. Fantastic room. Hired an Auto for Rs 750 to take me around gokul, mathura and Govardhan girir. The total distance to be traveled for the three places above is 110 km. I took the auto at 1 pm and came back after visiting many main places at about 8 pm.

You can refer my name as Ashok from Chennai to the auto fellow. Was a very good guy. His name is Kamal Singh Kashyap and mobile no is 098979 28718.

First went to Gokul. There I paid Rs 50 to a guide who showed me around. There are about 5 places to be seen and all places priest demand money of 250 etc upto 5000. Never give in unless u want to really make contributions. Made some contributions to Nandbhavan temple of balaram ph 9997543642.

Next I went to Govadhan hill. There is a temple here. People also do a prikrama of the hill which is 14 km.

Next I went to Brindavan and few temples there

Last I visited Krishna Janma bhoomi where Krishna was born and a Krishna radha temple in the same place.
